Add Your Buttons and Banners to Your Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Signature

  1. First create a text file. Open Notepad (from the Start menu select All Programs then Accessories then Notepad). Copy and paste your code snippet into Notepad.
  2. From Notepad click File then Save As and save the file to your desktop as my_signature.html (you will need to manually enter “.html” in the ‘File name’ field)
  3. Open Outlook. From the Tools pull down menu click Options. Click the Mail Format tab.
  4. In the 'Message Format' section, select HTML in the 'Compose in this Message Format' box.
  5. In the 'Signatures' section click the Signatures button.
  6. In the 'Create Signatures' window click New.
  7. Enter a name in the 'Create New Signature' window, click Use this file as a template. Click Browse... and navigate to click the my_signature.htm file that you saved to the desktop. Click Next.

Add Your Buttons and Banners to Your Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Signature

  1. First create a text file. Open Notepad (from the Start menu select All Programs; select Accessories and click Notepad). Copy and paste your code snippet into Notepad.
  2. From the Notepad menu, click File, select Save As and save the file to your desktop as my_signature.html. (you will need to manually enter “.html” in the ‘File name’ field)
  3. From the start menu, browse to the my_signature.html file and double-click to open it.
  4. Click Ctrl-A to select the button, then Ctrl-C to copy.
  5. Open Outlook. From the Tools menu select Options. Click the Mail Format tab.
  6. Click the Signature button.
  7. In the Signatures and Stationery box, click the New button.

Add Your Buttons and Banners to Your MSN Hotmail Signature

  1. Go to Hotmail.
  2. Click the Options link (top right).
  3. Under Mail > Options, click Personal Signature.
  4. Make sure the Show Rich Text checkbox is unchecked.
  5. Copy and paste your code snippet from (under your button) into the text field.
  6. Check the Show Rich Text checkbox.
  7. Click OK.

  1. From Windows Live Hotmail, click Options and select More options.
  2. Under Customize your mail, select Personal e-mail signature.
  3. Right click the button you have built and select Copy; then, from the signature area, paste the image by using Ctrl-V.
  4. Single click the pasted image in the signature area; then click the Insert link () button.
  5. Remove http://
  6. Copy and paste this code snippet:
    msnim:add?contact=%EMAIL%
  7. Click Insert at the bottom of the window.

  3. Open Windows Live Mail Beta. From the Tools pull down menu click Options. Click the Signatures tab.
  4. In the 'Signatures' section, click the New button.
  5. In the 'Edit Signature' section click the File button. Click Browse...
  6. Navigate to click the my_signature.htm file that you saved to the desktop. Click Open.
  7. At the top of the Options box, check the Add signatures to all outgoing messages button. Click OK.
